Super 30 के founder आनन्द कुमार जी की सक्सेस स्टोरी Supr 30 Founder Anand Kumar Biography in Hindi क्या है Super 30? Super 30 आनंद जी का स्टार्ट किया हुआ एक प्रोग्राम है जिसके अंतर्गत वे हर साल पूरे बिहार *  से ३० ऐसे बच्चों को चुनते हैं जो प्रतिभाशाली हैं पर साथ ही इतने गरीब हैं कि उनके माता-पिता उनको ठीक से पढ़ा-लिखा नहीं सकते। आनंद जी एक परीक्षा के माध्यम से ऐसे बच्चों का चयन कर अपने साथ रखते हैं और उनकी पढाई-लिखाई से लेकर खाना-पीना रहना…हर एक चीज का खर्च खुद उठाते हैं। इस काम में उन्हें अपने छोटे भाई Pranav और अपनी  माँ जयंती देवी , जो बच्चों के लिए खाना बनाती हैं, से मदद मिलती है। गणित विषय आनंद जी खुद ही पढ़ाते हैं जबकि फिजिक्स और केमिस्ट्री पढ़ाने के लिए उन्हें पुराने छात्रों से मदद मिल जाती है। पटना में 2002 में शुरू हुए इस प्रोग्राम के अंतर्गत हर साल 28-30 बच्चे IIT में चयनित होते हैं। IIT में प्रवेश पाना कितना कठिन है ये हम सब जानते हैं बावजूद इसके हर साल लगभग 100% रिजल्ट देना सचमुच किसी चमत्कार से कम नहीं है और अब तो पूरी दुनिया भी इस चमत्कार को  acknowledge करती

बाड़े की कील  बहुत समय पहले की बात है, एक गाँव में एक लड़का रहता था. वह बहुत ही गुस्सैल था, छोटी-छोटी बात पर अपना आप खो बैठता और लोगों को भला-बुरा कह देता. उसकी इस आदत से परेशान होकर एक दिन उसके पिता ने उसे कीलों से भरा हुआ एक थैला दिया और कहा कि , ” अब जब भी तुम्हे गुस्सा आये तो तुम इस थैले में से एक कील निकालना और बाड़े में ठोक देना.”  पहले दिन उस लड़के को चालीस बार गुस्सा किया और इतनी ही कीलें बाड़े में ठोंक दी.पर  धीरे-धीरे कीलों  की संख्या घटने लगी,उसे लगने लगा की कीलें ठोंकने में इतनी मेहनत करने से अच्छा है कि अपने क्रोध पर काबू किया जाए और अगले कुछ हफ्तों में उसने अपने गुस्से पर बहुत हद्द तक  काबू करना सीख लिया. और फिर एक दिन ऐसा आया कि उस लड़के ने पूरे दिन में एक बार भी अपना temper नहीं loose किया.   जब उसने अपने पिता को ये बात बताई तो उन्होंने ने फिर उसे एक काम दे दिया, उन्होंने कहा कि ,” अब हर उस दिन जिस दिन तुम एक बार भी गुस्सा ना करो इस बाड़े से एक कील निकाल निकाल देना.” लड़के ने ऐसा ही किया, और बहुत समय बाद वो दिन भी आ गया जब लड़के ने बाड़े में लगी आख

 ज़िन्दगी के पत्थर, कंकड़ और रेत Philosophy के एक professor ने कुछ चीजों के साथ class में प्रवेश किया. जब class शुरू हुई तो उन्होंने एक बड़ा सा खाली शीशे का जार लिया और उसमे पत्थर के बड़े-बड़े टुकड़े भरने लगे. फिर उन्होंने students से पूछा कि क्या जार भर गया है ? और सभी ने कहा “हाँ”. तब प्रोफ़ेसर ने छोटे-छोटे कंकडों से भरा एक box लिया और उन्हें जार में भरने लगे. जार को थोडा हिलाने पर ये कंकड़ पत्थरों के बीच settle हो गए. एक बार फिर उन्होंने छात्रों से पूछा कि क्या जार भर गया है?  और सभी ने हाँ में उत्तर दिया. तभी professor ने एक sand box निकाला और उसमे भरी रेत को जार में डालने लगे. रेत ने बची-खुची जगह भी भर दी. और एक बार फिर उन्होंने पूछा कि क्या जार भर गया है? और सभी ने एक साथ उत्तर दिया , ” हाँ” फिर professor ने समझाना शुरू किया, ” मैं चाहता हूँ कि आप इस बात को समझें कि ये जार आपकी life को represent करता है. बड़े-बड़े पत्थर आपके जीवन की ज़रूरी चीजें हैं- आपकी family,आपका partner,आपकी health, आपके बच्चे – ऐसी चीजें कि अगर आपकी बाकी सारी चीजें खो भी जाएँ और सिर्फ ये रहे तो
